Returns & Refund Policy

At Ziza Fuel Bar, your wellness and satisfaction are at the heart of what we do. Due to the perishable nature of our drinks, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been delivered. However, we always want you to have the best possible experience with us, so please read our policy carefully:

1. Perishable Goods
All juices and wellness shots are made fresh to order and are highly perishable. For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on delivered products.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@zizafuelbar.com with your order number in order to investigate your claim. Photographs will be required as supporting evidence. 
We will review your case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

3. Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if we are notified within 2 hours of placing the order and before production has begun. Once production has begun, we cannot cancel or refund the order.

4. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued for orders cancelled in line with our cancellation policy. Any requests made outside of this timeframe, or after an order has already been processed, may not be eligible for a refund.

Please note: refunds cannot be offered if delivery delays occur due to incorrect or missing information provided by you, the customer (e.g., incomplete address, missing postcode, flat or house number, incorrect phone number or email). If Ziza Fuel Bar is required to take additional steps to correct errors caused by inaccurate details, extra charges may apply.

Our team will always make every effort to deliver your order on time and as agreed. However, we cannot accept refund requests for delays beyond our control, including poor weather conditions, strikes, roadworks, or transport incidents.

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.

5. Allergies & Storage Responsibility
All customers are responsible for checking ingredient information before purchasing. Please note our juices are produced in a kitchen that also handles nuts, celery, and other potential allergens.

Juices must be refrigerated immediately on arrival and consumed within the advised time frame. We cannot issue refunds for products that were improperly stored.
