You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a tracking email once it has been shipped.

We currently ship across the UK.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Free shipping may be offered during promotions or on orders above a certain value (see current offers on our website).
3. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery: 1–2 business days after dispatch.

4. Perishable Products

As our drinks are perishable, we recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery.

Ziza Fuel Bar is not responsible for spoilage due to missed deliveries or delays caused by the recipient’s unavailability.
5. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at info@zizafuelbar.com with your order number in order to investigate your claim. Photographs will be required as supporting evidence.
We will review your case and, where applicable, arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
6. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the UK. We hope to expand international shipping soon.
